Shipping & Delivery

  1. We perform stringent quality checks on all ordered items before dispatch to ensure a positive customer experience.
  2. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  3. You will receive all notifications by e-mail and SMS regarding order details and the probable dispatch date.
  4. Orders are dispatched once the delivery address is confirmed.
  5. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 business days. However, there may be a delay in delivery due to reasons beyond our control (weather conditions, natural calamities, nondelivery of products to specific pin-codes, etc)
  6. Shipping charges are automatically added to your invoice as per standard rates.

Returns

  1. We do not accept any returns on Axiobio store orders currently.
  2. In case you have received your order broken or damaged, replacement or reimbursement will be initiated after completion of a quality check by Axio Biosolutions.
